MEET PROFESSOR KRISTEN
Kristen Johnson, MSN-Ed, MAPP, RN
Hi. My name is Kristen
I am a dedicated health educator with a diverse background in integrative health and wellness. After years of continuous education and research, I’ve recognized how essential integrative and lifestyle medicine is for supporting well-being. This path led me to the simple, beautiful, and powerful realization that everyone deserves the opportunity to flourish. It’s a fundamental human need underscored by the importance of learning and teaching these valuable skills.
After writing the Waterwell Integrative Wellness Guide + Planning Journal, I opened the Waterwell Center for Well-Being, a virtual sanctuary for immersive well-being education and experiences accessible from anywhere. At the Center, I offer organizational training, immersive retreats, and educational resources centered around human flourishing, relaxation, and flow.
Kristen has received several healthcare awards and was biographed by the Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2022 for her work in well-being through WellSpa360. She previously served as a consultant and subject matter expert for WellSpa360, Dermascope Magazine, and Skin, Inc.
